- This market relates to a diagnostic study of wastewater networks and the establishment of a master plan in the watershed of the Pont Er Bail treatment plant in Quiberon. The services are divided into two slices, within the meaning of articles R 2113-4 to R 2113-6 of the code of thePublic order: - A firm tranche broken down into 3 phases such as described at CCTP: - Phase 1: Inventory of the data available and pre -diagnostic of collection and processing systems, - Phase 2: Campaign of measurements / field measures and flow evaluation, - Phase 4: Schemedirector. - An optional tranche relating to phase 3 "additional studies" as described in CCTP. For phases 1 and 4, the services will be remunerated according to the amount indicated in the decomposition of the overall and flat -rate price (DPGF). For phases 2 and 3, at unit prices,The services will be remunerated by application of the prices of the unit price slip (BPU) with a really executed quantities.
