- These services relate to a diagnostic study of wastewater networks and the establishment of a master plan in the basin of the Kerran wastewater treatment plant in St Philibert and the watershed of the Locoal-Mendon treatment plant, divided into two lots. For everyoneLots, the services are divided into two sections, within the meaning of articles R 2113-4 to R 2113-6 of the public procurement code: - a firm range broken down into 3 phases such as described in CCTP: - Phase 1: State of the data of the data available and pre -diagnostic of the collection systemsand Treatment - Phase 2: field measurement campaign / field measures and flow assessment - Phase 4: master plan. - An optional tranche relating to phase 3 "additional studies" as described in CCTP. For phases 1 and 4, the services will be remunerated according to the amountindicated in the decomposition of the overall and flat -rate price (DPGF). For phases 2 and 3, at unit prices, the services will be remunerated by applying the prices of the unit price slip (BPU) to the quantities actually executed. The service provider or the team must have the skillsRequired to carry out this type of missions, namely: - in sanitation, - in civil engineering, - in urban hydraulics, - in GIS.
