- Within the framework of the overhaul of the Grand Paris Financial and Accounting Information System (GPA), in accordance with the GBCP regulatory framework and in connection with existing interfaces (chorus, time management, etc.), GPA wishes to use a business consultant analyst if financeSenior with proven expertise on SI Finance migration projects and GBCP regulations for 6 months in order to carry out: • Support for the implementation of the solution while respecting the GBCP framework; • Participation in the strategy and execution of functional tests,their execution and management of anomalies; • The production of all of the expected functional documentation; • The contribution to change management with business users. The consultant will intervene with the purchasing and markets department (DAM), in order to support theformalization and optimization of purchasing and markets processes as part of the new SI.
