Description:
Ordinary market at unit work prices single unique lot broken into 3 sections (firm edge, optional 1 and optional tranche 2). The optional slices will be strengthened according to the terms described in article 3 - CCAP strengthening period. The contract does not provide for any Compensation for the holder in the event of delay or non -strengthening of an optional tranche. The duration of the contract runs from its notification date until the completion of the perfect completion guarantee period (GPA). The forecast duration of the market is 24 months. The deadlines of the services are described in article 4 - CCAP execution deadlines. There is no preparation period. The contract prices are unitary and revisable upwards as well as down according to the formula: P = PO X [0.15 + 0.85 x (TP12A (N) / TP12A (O))]
