- It is a question of carrying out work to secure a building at 2 quai Ferreol in Ales. This market is taken in application of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1 of the public procurement code. A site visit is compulsory on making appointments, with a delivery of a certificate to reach in the offer. The overall period of execution of the work of all lots is 16 weeks. The execution of the works begins for each batch from the date fixed in service order. The option applicable under CCAG - Works is option B. A 5 % warranty will be applied. THE Price are firm and up -to -date. Unauthorized variants. Market financing: City of Ales Fund Payment by bank transfer within 30 days. Application of Moratory Interest (ECB increased by 8 points) and lump sum compensation for recovery costs of 40 Euro (s).
