Description:
As part of the realization of a central energetic boiler room composed of a heat pump drawing energy from the Adour and a biomass boiler, Dalkia initiates a consultation to make the work design and carry out. It will be broken down into several technical batches. Considering thiswhich precedes, the contracting authority Dalkia wishes to entrust the holder a project management mission of the building, within the framework of the works of all the works and equipment.
The dimensioning elements explained below are forecast, the final elements will be indicatedIn the Phase Consultation Documents Offer.
The missions envisaged at this stage are: APS APD PRO DCE ACT VISA SYN DET AOR OPC.
The boiler room will include a heat pump with a power of 1600 kW at its condenser, a pumping station with a network of around 300m to draw waterIn the Adour, a biomass boiler of around 1200 kW and a gas boiler of around 5000 kW.
The energy power plant will have an area of around 500 m2.
The services are cut into a firm edge and one or more optional slices which will be defined in the documents ofPhase Consultations Offer.
