Description:
Consultation launched by a group of orders.
The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders.
The services are paid by unit prices.
The purpose of it is to perform the following services:
Asbestos:
- Identifying materials and products lists A and B for the constitution of DTAs, updates of DTAs and periodic evaluations
- Locating materials and products of lists A, B and C before work and/or demolition (RAAT/RAAAD)
- Phabling measures and visual examination of the state of surfaces processed as a result of work withdrawal or containment of asbestos materials and products or following regulatory obligations emanating from DTAs
- Locating materials and products on list A for DAPPs
Lead :
- Diagnosis of the risk of lead intoxication of paintings (Dripp)
- Control of the work in the presence lead (CTPP)
- Spotting before work and/or demolition of surfaces and materials containing lead
- Periodic evaluations
- Water analysis
Parasitaires:
- Termites and insects Xylophagous before work
- Merule tracking before work
Other diagnoses:
- Technical diagnostic file Immobiliers (DDT)
Advice :
- Assistance to project management for the awareness of staff of regulations and its developments
