Description:
Procedure launched according to the provisions of articles R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the public procurement code.
The work is subject to a single tranche.
Pursuant to article L.2122-2 of the CCP all lots are the subject of an insertion action by compulsory economic activity.
THE variants are not allowed.
The forecast date for starting the provision is scheduled for December 2025.
The provisional duration of the work is 24 months (including 1 month of preparation).
Each of the markets is concluded at a global and lump sum.
Prices can be revisable according to CCAP provisions.
A compulsory on -site visit is provided for lots 1 and 2 (article 8.5 of the consultation regulations)
