- The E8A building is a building dedicated mainly to the preparation and shipping of fruit, fresh vegetables and grocery products. It is located between rue de Provence and rue du Croissant in the dairy and gastronomy sector. The work concerns the realizationExtension of the building with an area of approximately 170 m2. The junction between the current building and the extension will be made by reusing an existing sectional door. The extension will be developed to allow the construction of 2 negative cold bedrooms. The work is divided into 2 lots: - Lot 1: Exterior fittings: realization of site preparation work and demolition, roads and various networks and green spaces; - Lot 2: structural work and clos & covered: realization of the extension: earthworks, foundation and infrastructure, structural work and masonry,paving, metal structure, cover and sealing, cladding, industrial closure of metalwork and locksmith. The forecast date for starting work is estimated for September2025.
