Description:
The reinforcement of the stone bridge consists of carrying out the following works:
- Reinforcements by micropiles of piers 7 to 16 - Construction from above the bridge and installation of strapping on all of the piers,
- Repair of the sanitation, waterproofing and roads of the apronr,
- Repair of structural disorders and restoration of masonry (interior),
- Implementation of protective riprap around the piers after reinforcements for piers P7 to P16.
The handover procedure used is: the procedure with negotiation. It is subject to the provisionsositions of articles L. 2124-3 R. 2124-3 4, and R. 2161-12 to R. 2161-20 of the Public Procurement Code.
The negotiated procedure is justified due to the particular circumstances generated by nature of the work, its complexity and the strong risks attached to it.
The estimated duration of themarket is 50 months (excluding GPA). The duration of the contract is the same as the overall execution time.
