Description:
The passing procedure used is the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code.
The market has passed according to the technique of purchasing the framework agreement at Mono Award Minimum and with maximum in application of articles L. 2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code of April 1, 2019.
