- The Department of Alpes de Haute-Provence, as part of its family planning mission, is required to take samples for biological assessments for monitoring pregnancies, contraception and gynecological follow-ups. He is also authorized by the ARS as CeGIDD and as such carries out free and anonymous screening for the HIV virus, hepatitis B, C, syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes and other sexually transmitted infections, and monitoring of HIV post-exposure treatment (PET) and preventive treatment for HIV PREP. These missions are spread across the Department across 3 sites: Digne-les-Bains, Manosque and Sisteron. Samples (blood, urine, vaginal, etc.) are taken at within territorial services and this contract aims to cover their transport to a biological analysis laboratory, their processing and transmission of results within contractually restricted deadlines.
