Description:
The TEC 2015 and AGEC 2020 laws introduced an objective of generalization of sorting at the source of bio-waste (food waste and green waste) on January 1, 2024, so that these are valued and that each citizen thus has at his disposal a solution allowing him not to throw his Biodechets in residual household waste. As part of the bio -waste sorting obligation, the elected officials of Cholet Agglomeration approved a territorial scheme based in particular on: • The deployment of shared composting sites, for collective housing • The deployment of sites Autonomous composting in establishment for voluntary collective catering of the entire territory. • the deployment of a collection in voluntary contribution point: • collection in bacs under shelter in the hypercentre of Cholet (estimated at 36 PAV); • Rutable type collection on the outskirts of Cholet and other municipalities (estimated at 120 pop). This market is therefore intended to set up biodechet collection services in baccalaureate and voluntary contribution points (PAV) Righty.
