Pas-de-Calais habitat owns a total of 16 housing units Avenue de Lisbonne and Rue Danton spread over 4 blocks in Bethune.
Infiltrations are reported in homes due to poor sealing of existing slate roofs.
We observe broken and displaced slates which cause leak points.
A complete roof repair operation will allow us to address all waterproofing issues by standardizing and improving, for example, first place the covering of the slates.
