The contract covers the following services: CARRYING OUT A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE CREATION OF A HYDROTHERMICAL HEAT NETWORKLOIRE OCEAN DEVELOPPEMENT (LOD) is the project owner of the ZAC Rives de Loire development operation within the framework of a concession agreement with Nantes Metropolis. The development concession extends until December 31, 2029. In 2023, an urban and operational project management team composed of: Super 8 / D'ici la / EGIS / VIZEA / BBOC / BETREC was retained to design the development project, and carry out the technical and regulatory requirements relating to the project. The project is subject to an impact study. In this context, the MOEU's environmental engineering design office, Vizea, carried out a study in 2025 of the potential for the development of renewable energies on the project. Several energy scenarios have been analyzed. This study demonstrated the opportunity to create a heating network on the project, which could be extended to allow the connection of public facilities located nearby. The study site being located on the edge of the Loire, the hypothesis of a hydrothermal heat network was retained. It was decided by the project owner with the communities, City of Coueron and Nantes Metropole, to continue the study of this scenario by carrying out a feasibility study, which is the subject of this walk.
