Description:
With regard to a monument that is both classified and registered, the municipality wishes to recruit a competent master's degree in view of the heritage code and the town planning code, in this case a specialized architect, that is to say a chief architect of historic monuments (ACMH) or by a titular architect of the specialization and deepening diploma in architecture (DSA) mention architecture and heritage or any other European diploma recognized equivalent. The minimum composition of the project management team is as follows: - an architect fulfilling the conditions defined above, Team representative - A construction economist with experience in the old buildings. - Optional: Other specialists deemed necessary for the proper achievement of the mission The framework agreement will give rise to the emission of order form for each of the missions.
