This AAPC is a call for candidates for a Back Office Development Market of the company Hello Paris. By 2027, the future "CDG Express" will connect the Gare de l'Est at Paris-Charles de Gaulles airport in 20 minutes with trains every 15 minutes. The hello Paris Services group (composed of Keolis and RATP DEV) was appointed awarded for the exploitation of this new link. Hello Paris Services wishes to launch a consultation to identify a service provider for the development of its back office. Address and surface: site on two sites: - Gare de l'Est: 275 M2 - Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport station: 65 m2 + small surface room still unknown nature of the structure: hull development work delivered by stations and connections and Paris airport: - Creation of workspace for employees, as well as a supervision room and A crisis room. - Creation of renovated and well -sized showers, changing rooms and sanitary facilities - Optimization and a global refreshment of spaces starting work January 2026 for a period estimated at: - 4 months for Paris is - 2 months for CDG2
