1. Package and firm part:
-Poste 1: Studies
οPan 1: Summary design study phase-Summary preliminary draft (APS)
οphase 2: phase detailed preliminary design studies (APD)
-Poste 2: supplies
-Poste 3: Factory manufacturing and assembly
-Poste 4: factory tests
-Poste 5: packaging, transport and on -site delivery of CEA of Cadarache
-Poste 6: assembly, checks, site tests and training of 2 CEA agents to use the device
-Poste 7: Delivery of the manufacturer's file.
2. Estimated part on prior quote:
At the request of the CEA, the holder may have to provide estimated services on prior quote.
These specific services, not included in the part Farm and flat -rate of the market, entrusted to the holder by the CEA, will be the subject of a particular order contracted in the form of a modification sheet on prior quotes (FDMDP).
At the request of the CEA, the holder will establish a detailed quote.
The holder cannot execute From the corresponding FDMDP service, duly signed by the authorized CEA representative, will not have been notified to him.
