- This consultation concerns: Auscultation and diagnostic services, geotechnical studies, external control of road works, laboratory tests, asbestos and HAP on the departmental road network. This consultation concerns 4 technical lots: lot 1 : Auscultations and diagnosis of road roads. The services include all the high -performance measures, the cores and field surveys necessary for monitoring the road heritage and the programming of the work of large repairs of the road network. BATCH 2: Geotechnical studies. These services include the geotechnical studies necessary for the programming of road operations (roads and art structures). In the event of an in -depth dimensioning study providing for a complete service linked to a major work operation, a consultation specific may be engaged. This consultation will be linked to the operation in question and not to this framework agreement. Lot 3: Provision of exterior road works and laboratory tests (earthworks, pavement and art work) as well as the control of the retarders. Lot 4: Asbestos/HAP tracking will concern the diagnosis of asbestos and/or polycyclic hydrocarbons.
