Description:
The market concerns a framework agreement with orders concluded with maximum economic operators, without minimum amount and with a maximum amount in value. It relates to the creation of energy audits of approximately 154 buildings (school buildings, associative or festive, premises sportsmen and other tertiary buildings) of the Nimes Metropole agglomeration community and its 38 member municipalities with the shared energy consulting system. Pursuant to article R2162-4-3 of the public procurement code, the framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of one year and, If necessary, for three renewal periods of one year each. This market is not allocated in accordance with the reasons indicated in the consultation regulations, accessible in the consultation file. The services subject to the contract will be paid by application as and when from the emission of purchase orders and by applying the unit prices of the BPU to the really executed quantities.
