Description:
The purpose of this consultation is an audit mission for compliance with the GDPR and pooling the data protection delegate. This market is concluded on behalf of Val-d'Oise Digital, a contracting authority, in order to meet the needs of members at the Centralbuying the union. The consultation is carried out in the form of a public market on open tenders passed in application of articles L. 2124-1; R. 2124-1, R. 2124-2-1 ; R2162-1 to 6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 as well as articles R. 2131-16 and R. 2131-17 of the public procurement code. ThisMono-attribute framework agreement is concluded without an annual minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount fixed at 2,000,000 euros excl. Tax, in accordance with the provisions of article R. 2162-4 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of one year from its date ofnotification. It can then be renewed by tacit renewal by annual period without its total duration being exceeding 4 years (maximum). No negotiations will take place within the framework of this procedure. This market is not allocated because its object does not allow the identification ofDistinct services.
