The services are paid by flat prices. The Savoy Department has been one of the 25 experimental communities for the certification of accounts, within the framework of article 110 of the law of August 7, 2015 relating to the new territorial organization of the Republic (noted):Experimentation of "devices intended to ensure the regularity, sincerity and loyalty of the accounts of local authorities and their groups", this experiment to make it possible to establish the prerequisites and necessary for the certification of the accounts of the sectorlocal public, whether it is the nature of the financial statements, applicable accounting standards, the deployment of internal accounting and financial control or even the information systems used. In this context, the Court of Auditors made a global entry diagnosis since the year 2017Then targeted audits dealing with the reliability of the accounts of the Savoy department.
