Description:
The objectives of the framework agreement are as follows: the supply of solutions adapted to the uses of the contracting authority: - rationalization of subscriptions (adequacy with real use); - rationalization and optimization of the fixed telephony service. Economy search andof financial optimization: - financial gains, optimization of the overall telecommunications budget by in particular unlimited plans. Simplicity of internal management and reduction of constraints for the contracting authority: - homogenization and simplification of procedures for allnew requests; - Implementation of a one -stop shop; - Simplification of the monitoring of invoicing and consumption of all telecommunications services. A partnership between the contract holder and the contracting authority: - Consulting role - Technological watch; - Roleadvice on expertise related to incident resolution (problem management process - ITIL); - Proposal for an evolutionary offer during the contract; - Ability to offer technical and financial monitoring tools of the various servicesproposed
