Description:
This consultation is made according to the tender procedure opened in application of article L2124-2 and R2124-2 1 of the public procurement code. The market is treated at unit prices and does not include a slice. Market services will be performed in the way the terms of a Mono-attribute framework agreement with order formal within the meaning of articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2 and R2162-5 of the public procurement code. The orders will be executed under the conditions set out in article R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code. This framework agreement does not include No minimum, but maximum in value of 200,000 euros excl. Tax per contractual period of 12 months. This market will not exceed 36 months. This framework agreement is subject to the provisions of the Key of General Administrative Clauses applicable to the Public Framework Agreements intellectuals approved by a decree of March 30, 2021 (CCAG-PI).
