Description:
The assistance services in the field of safety for the CEA, Valduc center are divided into 13 missions:
.
- Mission n1: update of the work unit sheets (FUT).
- Mission n2: update of the chemical risk assessment (ERC).
- Mission n3: creation of the chemical risk assessmentu risk of anoxia.
- Mission n4: creation of the electromagnetic risk assessment.
- Mission n5: participation in the drafting of documents for monitoring interventions.
- Mission n6: carrying out visits site.
- Mission n7: realization of safety receptions of external companiesures.
- Mission n8: creation and update of the service's reflex sheets.
- Mission n9: creation and update of the service's reaction sheets.
- Mission n10: update of the operational documentation of the Building Control Post.
- Mission n11: creation of training manuals forPermanences for Security Reasons.
- Mission n12: assistance in the operation of the software for monitoring the periodic security checks and tests/periodic regulatory checks (CEPS/VRP) of the service.
- Mission n13: drafting of the Explosion Protection Documentns.

The contract is concluded for a firm period of 36 months.
It can be extended by an optional 24 months, which can be split into 12-month installments.
