Description:
The consultation is launched in the form of a tender open according to articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 and R2162-1 and following of the Public Order Code (CCP). The market is at mixed prices: it is partly at a global and flat price and partly in the framework agreement (executed by purchase orders).The flat -rate part concerns the 4 missions described at the CCTP: - Mission 1: Administrative and financial monitoring of multi -technical maintenance services per perimeter; - Mission 2: Advice, support and advice of technical expertise by perimeter; - Mission 3: Support forrecovery of (or) new maintenance markets for administrative buildings; - Mission 4: Tiile and technical assistance of (or) new markets. The flat -rate mission (total amount of the DPGF) is estimated in total at 452,000 euros HT. The total amount of the DQE is estimated at 125,800Euro (s) ht. For the framework in the framework agreement performed by means of order pleasures: this part concerns occasional or occasional services outside the packages, which are not included in the DPGF. The framework agreement does not include a minimum amount. The maximum amount amounts to 300,000 euros (s)HT throughout the duration of the market
