Description:
The framework agreement with maximum has applied in application of articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the public procurement code. It will give rise to the emission of purchase orders and/or to the conclusion of subsequent markets, according to the terms provided for by the administrative clause notebookParticular (CCAP).
Each batch constitutes a separate framework agreement, the form of the framework agreement is specific to each batch. Depending on the form chosen, the framework agreement gives rise either to the emission of purchase orders, or to the conclusion of subsequent markets, or to a mixed framework agreement (issueof subsequent order and conclusion of market conclusion).
The candidates have the possibility of submitting offers for all lots.
For lots n 04, n 05, n 15 and n 17 being the subject of a framework agreement with order pleas and lots n 02, n 09, n 10, n 13, and n 14 being the subject of a frameworkMixed for the Part of Order Goods The services will be remunerated by application to the truly executed quantities of the prices of the unit price slip (BPU) without minimum amount and with a maximum amount fixed for each lot.
