- Assistance Service for Maintaining Operational Conditions of the RTE Financial Summary application The project to develop the Financial Synthesis application with the financial summary database on the Tagetik software was carried out in 2012, mainly by the publisher Tagetik and by the company Inveo Conseil, with the participation of RTE employees from the TREFF financial synthesis division. The application was maintained until 2019 by employees of the branch with the help of the publisher and the occasional intervention of a service provider in RTE premises (certain first-level changes can be made by RTE). As of 2020, a new database, BEST, has been developed on the same Tagetik infrastructure by the company Bakia Consulting to meet the need for budgetary planning and management control reporting. The Financial Synthesis application therefore now includes two databases and therefore two business applications: Financial Synthesis and BEST . Assistance Service for Maintaining Operational Conditions of the BEST application The service, for the BEST database, aims to ensure: •On the one hand, Maintenance in Operational Conditions via a fixed service, •Other on the other hand, the realization of developments via on-demand services based on expressions of needs.
