• Description:
• The contract concerns assistance with recruitment procedures for the human resources department of the municipality of Puteaux. The description of the expected services and their technical specifications are in the C.C.P. common to the lots. Lot 1: Assistance recruitment procedures in the administrative and technical sector AMOUNT AND ESTIMATE: Market services are processed at unit prices. Given the uncertain number of recruitments, this lot is a multi-awardee framework agreement, which is executed using purchase orders, with a maximum of three (3) successful bidders subject to a sufficient number of candidates and offers, within the meaning of articles R2162-4 2°, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code. Order thresholds to intervene are as follows: - Without minimum annual amount; - Maximum annual amount: 80,000.00 euros excluding tax As an estimate, the contracting authority could order up to 60,000.00 euros excluding tax of services per year for lot 1. This amount is in no case contractual and could be scalable. METHOD FOR ATTRIBUTING ORDERS: Subject to a sufficient number of candidates (maximum 3), the services will be carried out according to the so-called "in turn" method. Orders are placed as they come of the needs of the contracting authority through orders issued independently by the Human Resources Department, without any minimum order being able to be imposed on the contracting authority. ...
