Description:
The stipulations of this specific administrative clause notebook (CCAP) concern assistance with project management for studies, installation and exploitation of video protection and video-verbalization in order groups (GDC).
The Roissy agglomeration community Pays de France, composed of 42 municipalities which extend on the departments of Val-d'Oise (95) and Seine-et-Marne (77), over 342 km2 around the Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle airport platform, decided to pass this consultation in groups with 19 member municipalities, identified to date.
It consists for the AMO to intervene:
- Before (studies of opportunity, feasibility, assistance to project management dedicated to the realization of the purchasing markets/installation/maintenance of video protection, authorization/subsidy files etc.),
- During (planning and monitoring of work/sites, steering committees, etc.),
- and after (exploitation restitutions, statistics, etc.).
On the various installation and/or evolution projects of the video protection systems of each community member of the order group.
This framework agreement fixes all The conditions for performing the services, it is executed as the order of order orders issued by the contracting authority.
