The market consists of two lots: -lot n 1: assistance mission to project management for the management of studies and works, -lot n 2: assistance mission toContracting authority for communication. This consultation only concerns lot n 2. Advertising and competition for lot 1 has already been carried out and the market has been awarded. The services relate to the design of the various communication plans necessary in terms ofProject challenges and their update as the project progresses. The market is broken down into a firm tranche relating to the mission of AMO in the project design phase, and an optional tranche relating to the mission of AMO in the project's realization phase and for its puttingin service.
