This market concerns assistance with project management which will make it possible to establish the work program and to support the metropolis during the entire procedure, until the reception of the new factory rebuilt in Port Edouard Herriot in Lyon 7th.
The market to be awarded is a framework agreementto order form and with subsequent markets within the meaning of article R.2162-3 of the public procurement code (CCP). The amounts of the framework agreement for the firm duration of 8 (eight) years are as follows:
- Minimum amount: 400,000 euros HT
- Maximum amount: 3,000,000 euros (s) HT
The market isTreaty at mixed prices (lump sum and unit)
The UTVE South reconstruction operation is not subject to the provisions of the public contracting authority provided for by Book IV of the CCP in application of articles L. 2412-2 and R. 2412-1 of the CCP
