- The passing procedure used is the restricted call for tenders, subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 2 , R. 2161-6 to R. 2161-9 and R. 2161-11 of the public procurement code.
The procedure is broken down into two separate phases:
- an application phase at the end of which The candidates admitted to present an offer will be selected (5 maximum);
- An offer phase for candidates admitted to submit an offer, at the end of which the attribute will be chosen.
The market is a mono-attribute framework agreement with maximum, executed by the issue of order orders and by the conclusion of subsequent markets. The services are paid by unit prices.
The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 24 months from its date of notification. It is then renewable 1 time in the
conditions specified below. The maximum amount for each execution period is 300,000 euros HT
