Title: Assistance to Project Management within the framework of the project to install and configure the KOHA software for the Documentation Service of the Gustave Eiffel University
Subject: The purpose of this contract is to select a consultant in order to support and accompany the project management ofin the design and monitoring of the project to install and configure the library management system with the free software KOHA. For the realization of this project, the common documentation service (SCD) wishes to be supported by entrusting a project management assistant with a missiranging from the analysis of the existing system to the finalization of the project (recovery of data, configuration of the new SGB, planning of any orders for equipment and training).
