- The purpose of this consultation is to appoint a service provider for a project management assistance mission within the framework of the Declaration of Public Utility (DUP) procedure relating to the project to create an Economic Activity Zone in Bouilly in the Troyes territory Metropole Champagne.
This mission relates to the development and finalization of the DUP file as well as the support of Troyes Champagne Metropole in all the steps for the implementation of regulatory and operational procedures aimed at expropriation.
In compliance with article L2113-10 of the public procurement code, this consultation is allotated as follows:
-Lot n 1: AMO for the creation of the ZAC of the Bioeconomy Park in Saint-Lye;
-Lot n 2: AMO for the DUP procedure for the creation of a ZAC in Bouilly.
This consultation only concerns lot n 2. Lot 1 has already been the subject of a separate consultation.
This market is broken down into 2 phases:
-Phase 1: Decomposed administrative phase as follows:
Phase 1.1 Prior investigation to the DUP
Phase 1.2: Plot survey
-Phase 2: Judicial phase.
This public market will give rise to The conclusion of an ordinary market and will be treated at mixed prices.
With regard to the services processed at a global and flat-rate price, these are concluded for the amount fixed in article D1 of the act of engagement.
