The purpose of this consultation aims to assistance with project management (AMO) for the implementation of a future public service delegation concerning the construction and operation of the local interest market. It is made up of 4 phases, to which will be added additional services Throughout the market on studies of studies and which will run by order form. The maximum duration of the market is 24 months. Mono-attribute composite market comprising part of the ordinary market services at flat prices made up of 4 phases and a part Treaty by framework agreement to order orders with a maximum amount in quantity. Estimated maximum value of the need for the entire duration of the contract, for both parties combined, set at € 100,000.00 excl. Not allotted. The ordinary market part must be fully executed in December 2026.-.
