• Description:
• The city of Asnières-sur-Seine has awarded a public service delegation contract for the operation of the school and municipal collective catering service and meal delivery in 2022 with a completion date of September 27, 2027. This is therefore renew this procedure within the time limits for notification of the future delegatee in September 2027. The selected service provider must guarantee its total independence from the competitive sector of collective catering. This obligation applies to all phases of the contract, whether operational monitoring, verification of services, control of financial aspects or field audits. The purpose of this consultation is an assistance mission aimed at the renewal and support for the public service concession relating to the operation of the school catering service, as well as the meal delivery service, until the designation of the holder(s): - Audit - Assistance in the organization and launch of the consultation (planning) - Finalization of legal documents (for commissions and municipal council) - Finalization of file documents with a view to launching the procedure - Support for candidates during site visits, presentation of the project and the context of the operation, preparation of answers to candidates' questions - Assistance in the analysis of applications and offers - Drafting of the future contract with regard to the regulations in force - Assistance during the negotiation phase - Assistance in the detailed development of the contract between the City and the chosen service provider - Support in exiting the DSP and monitoring of the award procedure until the holder is designated - Assistance in relaunching the procedure in unsuccessful case - Monitoring the execution of the next public service delegation contract The missions imperatively require the coordinated intervention of professionals available...
