Description of the services: The main components of the missions entrusted to the holder of each framework agreement are as follows:- Studies of functional and technical diagnostics, and functional, technical and economic factories; - Verification of the Economy of Projects, has several possible phases of studies and / or work, depending on the operations; -assistance to the project manager vis-à-vis dealers: Matter of technical and economic strategy vis-à-vis dealerships, coordination of studies and interventions of dealers; - assistance to the master of work for the consultation of providers (Masters of work, O.P.C., technical controller, SPS coordinator, SSI coordinator, works companies); - Assistance to the master of work for consultation with the cities of the territory of the community of agglomeration Grand Paris Sud and their services, the user services of the building (s), the public frequenting the building (s) (s) concerns (s) and residents; - Assistance to the contractor for the search for exterior funding and for the assembly of funding requests.
