Within the framework of the energy renovations carried out in the global performance market of the 3 aforementioned colleges, this mission is to assist the project management concerning the following aspects: - technique (performance issues, reliability, sustainability, maintainability, phasing and control of the deadlines announced in the schedule, ...); - Economic (control of overall cost, construction costs and any additional work, ...); - Maintenance commission (support during studies, work and development of installations following); - Energetic (issues of dropping consumption, summer comfort, maximizing the installation of a photovoltaic power station, technical installations, measurement and verification plan, ...); - environmental (challenges of use of bio -based materials, analysis of the life cycle of materials, Reuse, indoor air quality, rainwater management at the open -air plot, fight against heat island, ...).
