- In a constant concern to improve the quality of service provided to its users, the City of Chateauroux, the Chateauroux Metropole Urban Community and the Communal Social Action Center (CCAS) wish to strengthen the technical and administrative monitoring of maintenance contracts for their equipment, in particular elevators and motorized and manual closures installed on their built assets. This monitoring will be carried out within the framework of maintenance contracts, structured in two distinct lots: - Lot 1: Elevators, goods lifts and EPMR - Lot 2: Motorized doors and gates and manuals currently being awarded and scheduled to start on January 1, 2026. This service contract is a framework agreement based on purchase orders placed for an initial period of one year, renewable 3 times, and concerns a project management assistance mission (AMO) aimed at ensuring a reinforced monitoring of the operating quality of elevators and motorized closing systems installed in buildings managed by the above-mentioned entities. The AMO will support the project owner in the management of this park via monitoring: • Technical (on-site checks, monitoring of interventions), • Administrative (analysis of quotes, verification of invoices, compliance of services), • Contractual and commercial (analysis and management of maintenance contracts).
