- Assistance Mission to Contracting Association (AMO) - Establishment of a urban planning scheme for the ARHM Foundation, and a real estate master plan for the Saint -Jean hospital center of God.
The ARHM Foundation has a renovation/ reconstruction project of the hospital, and questions the use of the 24 hectares of its site. Pre-programming studies started in the spring of 2022, with the intervention of the SERL, as a programmer. However, the conduct of these studies, faced with context developments, questioned the guidelines of the βArthemis V1β master plan previously established. In a total overhaul of the project, the ARHM Foundation Office has expressed a need, which will have to be executed in three phases: ο Simultaneous phases (fixed part of the framework agreement - DPGF): οΆ urban planning scheme for the site of Saint John of God.
