The market is a market framework agreement Subsequent within the meaning of articles L.2125-1 1 ) and R.2162-2 of the public procurement code.
Holders are au Number of 4 for each batch (subject to an eligible number of tenderers). When needing the need, holders of the framework agreement are therefore submitted in competition through subsequent markets in order to award each subsequent market under the conditions referred to II of the C.C.A.P. In accordance with article R.2162-8 of the public procurement code, the subsequent markets themselves take the form of a framework agreement executed by means of an order form. Subsequent markets are therefore subject to orders for their execution
