Description:
The purpose of this market is to take charge of requests for the taxation of the property tax for built (TFPB) and non-Baties (TFPNB) properties.Property tax under year N-1, for work paid by the OPH Rives de Seine Habitat in N-2. He will then have to take charge of the debbly -deducing requests, concerning the residences belonging to the real estate stock of the OPH Rives de Seine Habitat which meet the criteriaof eligibility.
The first tranche of the mission will be carried out in 2025, on the downsides of property tax 2024, for work paid by the OPH Rives de Seine Habitat in 2023.
The second tranche of the mission will be carried out in 2026, on the downside of the 2025 property tax, for paid workBy the OPH Rives de Seine Habitat in 2024.
The third tranche of the mission will be carried out in 2027, on the downsides of property tax 2026, for work paid by the OPH Rives de Seine Habitat in 2025.
The fourth and last tranche of the mission will be carried out in 2028, on the loss ofProperty tax 2027, for work paid by the OPH Rives de Seine Habitat in 2026.
