- The services are divided into 2 lots. Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution.
Each batch is a "composite" framework agreement. It includes an "ordinary market" part and a "framework agreement with order formal".
For each lot, the ordinary market part is phased and the detail of the batch phasing is in the specifications.
For each batch, the prices are mixed: global and lump sum price on the ordinary market and unit price on the part in framework agreement with purchase orders with a maximum amount of 40,000 euros HT (for each batch)
