This is a framework agreement with purchase orders placed in accordance with Articles R. 2162-2, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The framework agreement is mono- Awardee.The Maximum Amounts Per Period Are Set At:50,000.00 Euro(S) Excl. Tax.This Framework Agreement Will Start Froma Notification Date (Provisionally during January 2024) And Will Be Tacitly Renewable A Maximum of 3 Times Per 12-Month Period. The periodicity is therefore set as follows: Initial period: Notification date 12/31/2024. Second Period: From 01/1/2025 to 12/31/2025. Third Period: From 01/1/2026 to 12/31/2026.Fourth Period: From 01/1/2027 to 12/31/2027.The Services Bring Together the Technical Requirements Relating to Pre-works Identification Missions, Asbestos/Lead For the road network and for buildings before or not demolition, for Re Heritagerising from the city of Chelles. The services to be carried out will be ordered by the project owner. They will include in particular (non-exhaustive list): - The identification of places (roads or buildings), allowing a proposal for intervention to be established, - The core drilling necessary for sampling, - TheCarrying out analyzes for road coatings on municipal roads (roads and sidewalks), - Carrying out analyzes for samples in the buildings to be investigated, - Mapping the surveys carried out, - Carrying out the asbestos/identification report Lead Before Complete Work Selon The New Standard Nfx 46-035,-Updating Diagnostic Evaluation Grids.
