The technical specifications of these services are specified in the Specifications of Special Technical Clauses AND the Unit Price Schedule. The main characteristics are as follows: The services bring together the technical requirements relating to identification missions withant works, asbestos/lead for the road network and for buildings before or not demolition, for the heritage belonging to the town of Chelles. The services to be carried out will be ordered by the Project Owner. They will include in particular (non-exhaustive list): - The identification of placesx (roads or buildings), making it possible to establish a proposal for intervention, - the core drilling necessary for sampling, - the carrying out of analyzes for road coatings on municipal roads (roads and sidewalks), - the carrying out of analyzes for samples in buildings in investigue, - the mapping of the surveys carried out, - a report summarizing the results of the
