Description:
Board of asbestos removal, cleaning and deconstruction of building B of the City Campagne Leveque.
He is part of a large post-war set called the Leveque campaign; a Cited made up 6 buildings for a total of 804 social housing units.
The Leveque campaign city is part of the new urban renewal program of the Marseille Marseille plan, in connection with the National Agency for Urban Renewal and the Metropolis of Aix-Marseille.
In this context, the demolition of Building B has been identified as a priority, especially due to a particularly sensitive security context.
As such, an action to dislodge occupants without title took place at the beginning of the summer with the services of the prefecture of Bouches-du-Rhone.
At the end of this intervention, 2 Entrances to 4 of the building were walled up to stem the risks of irregular occupation by third parties. The other two building entries have not been walled up to date given the presence of two remaining tenants. Their rehousing is a priority objective; It will therefore be achieved before the end of the year.
A diagnostic campaign will be organized in the site preparation phase with the presence of permanent guarding.
