Description:
Framework agreement for subsequent multi-awardee contracts for the carrying out of asbestos removal, lead removal, cleaning and deconstruction work on 226 housing units spread over 3 geographical sites in the commune of Port-de-Bouc (Cf. DCE for more details on the scope of the framework agreement).
Each of the lots of the framework agreement will be allocated to 3 distinct operators who will be put back into competition during the award subsequent contracts.
The award of MS No. 1 is fera concomitantly or shortly after the award of the framework agreement according to the provisions of the RC.
They are fixed at the stage of subsequent contracts
Lot n1 - Asbestos removal and lead removal work
Multi-awardee framework agreement with subsequent contracts (up to 3 successful bidders)
Lot n2 - Cleaning and demolition work
