Description:
The purpose of this consultation aims to depollute buildings 17 and 19 of the Les Moulins residence in Nice 06200 as well as the peripheral restoration. The definition of the operation as a functional unit for demolition work of the same entity, does not allow Decomposition into several lots. The operation includes a firm edge (building 17) and an optional tranche (building 19) given the uncertainty of the dates of release of housing. It has a compulsory technical option as part of the optional building tranche 19. This market is launched according to a procedure adapted with the possibility of negotiation freely defined by the contracting authority in application of articles L. 2123-1, R. 2123-1 and R. 2123-4 of the public procurement code. This is a composite framework agreement treated at mixed prices. The part Corresponding to the market part respects the rules relating to the markets, that corresponding to a framework agreement for order orders obeys the rules specific to the framework agreements with purchase orders:-The services provided for in the CCTP and listed at the DPGF are processed at flat prices (tranche Farm and optional phase + compulsory option if applicable)-The services provided for at CCTP and listed at the BPU (concerning services on order formula) correspond to a mono-attributal framework agreement with order form, on unit price, in accordance with articles R. 2162-1 ...
