This market relates to all the services allowing the search for asbestos and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (HAP) in high content in bituminous asphalt. The objective is to establish the presence or absence of asbestos in bituminous asphalt (roads, sidewalks, coursesof school), the presence or absence of HAP in high content in bituminous asphalt (roads, sidewalks, school lessons), and to qualify the soils in place at the time of coretage in order to adapt accordingly the means and methods to be implemented for repair and rehabilitation works.This mono-attribute framework agreement with order orders is concluded for a period of 4 years firm from the date of receipt of the notification by the holder with maximum amounts fixed for the duration of the framework agreement as follows: lot n 1: roads and works of art (including all thePublic spaces, parks and gardens, greenways and enclosure parking lots): maximum amount: € 150,000 excl.
